Reporting directly to the Field Sales Manager, this role is required to help us maximise the listings, distribution, activation, awareness and trial of QB UK brands in individual independent venues and small group outlets in a designated geographical area.

This exciting and varied opportunity includes the following key responsibilities:
• Achieve volume, distribution, visibility and training targets within agreed within budgets parameters
• Support outlets in promoting company products directly to consumers, using a range of promotional techniques, to increase consumer awareness and bar call of our brands
• Increase product knowledge of key external stakeholders to enhance the experience of consumers at the point of purchase
• Meet sales and call targets through effective call planning and personal organisation
• Record required call information on the Salesforce database during each call
• Sell brands and process orders via On Trade Wholesalers
• Process requests, reports, correspondence and account records by set deadlines

Essentials knowledge, skills and experience:
• Educated to A Level or equivalent
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes
• Experience of selling
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong, confident communicator
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the business
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism and credibility and earn trust and respect from others

Desirable knowledge, skills and experience:
• Bar/mixology experience
• Brand development experience
