Commercial Administrator

About the role:
We are looking for Commercial Administrators to join a newly formed sub-team within the Commercial Planning team. This role will largely cover the administrative duties around the coding, tracking and co-ordination of the promotional investment monies initiated by Sales.
As a new Commercial Administrator, you will become an integral part of our high performing and motivated commercial team. You will be primarily accountable for ensuring that the coding and general management of rebate invoices is managed in a timely and efficient manner, with the freedom and responsibility to identify new or improved processes and best practices. A key part of this role will be getting to know the working of your accounts in depth and working closely with the Sales managers and colleagues in the Global Business Services centre.
Key responsibilities:
• Maintain and update the individual customer invoice trackers in a timely manner
• Validate the invoices against the agreed activity and ensure compliance in coding to the correct rebate scheme
• Liaise with Sales Account Manager, Sales Decision Support and Global Business Ser-vices team around;
• General invoice matters
• Additional funding requests
• Missing rebate schemes
• Invoice queries, missing invoices
• Recommending rebate schemes for closure
• Continually review and provide input to simplify processes and system improvement ideas with a view to driving greater efficiencies and effectiveness
• Ensure process and training documentation is up to date and shared as appropriate

Desired Skills and Experience
About you:
To be successful in this role you must have either previous administration experience and demonstrate that you have excellent organisational and planning skills, the ability to work accurately to tight or multiple deadlines and have a strong attention to detail. In addition, you must have good written and verbal communication skills, along with outstanding customer services skills and an ability to build strong relationships.
Training:
A comprehensive training and induction programme will fully prepare you to fulfil the role confidently as well as understand the Bacardi Brown- Forman ways of working.
You will also get plenty of one on one time with your line manager to ensure you are equipped with the tools you will need to succeed in the role.
