The Role

With a brewing heritage second to none, we're masters of our craft when it comes to embracing an extensive range of HEINEKEN brands from the iconic John Smith's to global stars Sol, Birra Moretti and Desperados. We are the 'Go To' Brewery for HEINEKEN, and with a fresh phase of investment in our production facilities in full swing our beer journey is about to become even more eventful. We are looking for a time-served or degree qualified Multi skilled Engineer with an Electrical bias who also has a good level of knowledge in continuous improvement techniques (we use Total Productive Maintenance) You will take the lead on the delivery of technical training to operators and crafts people across the site to ensure the desired capability and skill levels are either gained or maintained by site personnel.

Using your detailed experience of electrical engineering (with mechanical experience) you will be able to be an active participant in the appropriate TPM Pillars such as the Training & Education and Autonomous Maintenance Pillars. A positive and supportive individual, you will be able to run and support T&E and AM team activities to reduce competency gaps and losses within an engineering or FMCG food and drinks operational environment.
