This role will be focused on Co-ordinating activities within the Asset Care Team at Cameronbridge and Leven Spirit Supply
The primary focus will be to ensure the Asset Care Technicians seconded into the department have the correct information, priorities and resources to carry out their tasks.  The secondary focus will be to set up and supply information to the whole team in terms of SAP reports, Pre-population of shift handover information, updating Asset Care VM boards, placing orders and tracking the effectiveness of the Asset Care Team
What you will deliver
Liaise with Asset Care Manger and SAP planner to look ahead in SAP at up and coming tasks
Working with Technicians ensure Reviews of existing maintenance are carried out and actions completed with systems updated
Ensure jobs are technically assessed and information passed to stores or planner
Own the updating of reports and information on VM boards and asset care KPI's
Assist Contracts Co-ordinator in procurement activities
Understanding of Planner / Stores / Contracts roles
Qualifications and Experience Required
The Asset Care Co-ordinator role requires a wide range of experience and knowledge to successfully perform this role:
-Experience, knowledge and understanding of asset care - 
-Knowledge and understanding of operational areas
-Experience, knowledge and understanding of SAP, PPM, planning, stores management
-Knowledge of  MANEX tools & techniques
-Experience of coaching and influencing a range of stakeholders for success
-Ability to interpret and analyse data sources 
-Competent in using Microsoft Office, SAP and  computer literate 
-willing to study BTE modules , ( building technical excellence)
