Salary: Up to £35,000 plus bonus, company car, meal and broadband allowance, double matched pensio (up tp 10%), 35 days holiday and monthly product allocation.

We've ambitious goals. And we know it's the expertise and enthusiasm of our people that fuels our growth. Right now we're looking for an outstanding Regional Sales Manager to join our On Trade team in London.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director or London, you'll work in partnership with your customers to build strategic plans within your territory to achieve HEINEKEN UK goals. Your main objectives will be to develop profitable market share and increase the availability & appeal of our brands for consumers. You'll align your own strategy with the overall marketing activation of our enviable Heineken UK Brands, taking advantage of our exciting partnerships built through sponsoring events such as the F1 and Champions League. All the while, you'll be ensuring that you help to develop our customers' businesses, targeting our brands in the right outlets.
Relationships here are key and you'll enjoy proactively managing existing relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities in your area across our direct, wholesale and leased & tenanted customers. And, with quality never far from our minds, you'll lead conversations with your customers to ensure that every consumer has an exceptional experience.
As an innovative and forward thinking individual you will always look for opportunities to do things differently. And to be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate proven sales and account management experience developed in an FMCG/retail environment.
