Salary: £29,000 - £35,000 plus Shift Allowance & Competitive Package

The Role

Embedding HEINEKEN Hereford as the Global Home of Cider is a challenge we all embrace, with unprecedented investment in our production facilities ensuring we're at the forefront of a fast-moving market. Our historic Herefordshire heartland is home to more than 10,000 acres of orchards, and we use 30% of all apples grown in the UK to make our celebrated cider brands. As we increase our complexity, we also increase the expectations of our People Managers. You will be the leader we're looking for, self motivated and positive, ready to engage and lead a team of experienced warehouse operators, ensuring they have the right skills, behaviours, development and support to deliver exceptional operational results.

With your main focus on safety, and proven experience within a manufacturing environment, your continuous improvement mindset will help us drive our TPM methodologies throughout our culture, creating a high performance environment.
