Safety will be your number one priority - you will actively contribute to our Zero Accident Culture through leading by example, and deliver high standards of cleanliness and reliability on our production plant.
You will have a continuous improvement mind set, a positive attitude, solid qualifications in Maths and English and a good understanding of IT systems, you will be comfortable working in an automated manufacturing environment with a desire to continue your learning - as HEINEKEN will support you in working towards a General Certificate in Brewing. With an attention to detail, delivering FTR (First Time Right) on quality and process, you will become a champion of our C.I.L.T's (cleaning, inspection, lubrication and tightening) tasks.
