Reporting to the Head of Digital - we have a role open for a CRM & Analytics Manager. This role is based in our London offices and is an incredibly important hire to help fuel Diageo Europe's data-driven strategy in a GDPR environment. This position will oversee activities that will unlock the value of our critical data assets.
The role will be wide and varied which means you will be liaising with a large number of both internal and external stakeholders, therefore exceptional communications skills will be key. You will be creating, and rolling out, the digital data strategy for Europe, aligned to Global and with 1st party data and demand Space behavioural targeting at core
You will identify opportunities and create user cases for compliant data acquisition to fuel our data strategies and reach targets as well as lead work with our brands to deliver and execute on individual brand data strategies aligning to the Europe data strategy.
We will look to you to identify brand opportunities for 3rd space data collection and support in new technology test and highlight data quality risks and issues with required stakeholders; develop and manage the plan (and budget where required) to effectively mitigate risks or resolve data quality issues.
