This is an awesome opportunity to join a brand-new Team of Brew Dog Brand Ambassadors (Sales Specialists) who will be focused on building the Brew Dog Brand in their markets!

The role is On Trade led, and will be working alongside our exclusive distributor in each country; so experience of working in the On Trade & with a distributor is very much an advantage.


Although this new Team is global, you may be the only Sales Specialist in your market, so being confident to work on your own, being self-motivated, organised & tenacious, is a total MUST!

You will work alongside, & support our Country Team, & our distributor; so we need someone who is a real people person, an excellent communicator, and who wants to be part of that Team.


The role of the Sales Specialist has one ambition: TO GROW THE BREWDOG BRAND IN THEIR COUNTRY.

The Sales Specialist has two elements to their role:


1: SALES -  They will work closely with our distributor to secure new quality distribution in the On Trade, whilst maximising potential with our existing customers. They will identify opportunities for prospecting & build a strong pipeline of opportunity to follow up & win alongside our Country Team & our distributor. They will be targeted on securing new draft listings, & achieving a required volume target. Experience in on trade sales is a distinct advantage.


2: MARKETING - They will support our customers with regular Bar Staff Training sessions & consumer sampling events, in line with our Team support plan. Experience in delivering training or sampling activity is a distinct advantage.

They will work closely with our International Marketing Team to ensure we are creating local & relevant ambitious marketing plans which cover; non-trade sampling, Trade events, connecting to Influencers & Partnerships, and Social Media coverage where appropriate.









What will we trust you to do:


- Work closely with our distributor, building a close & trusting relationship

- Build an ambitious Plan alongside distributor & Country management team

- Win new & quality draft fonts & packaged listings in the on trade

- Maximising potential with our existing customers

- Identify opportunities & build a strong pipeline of prospects in the on trade

- Work closely with our Country Market Team to win these

- Deliver awesome Beer Schools & samplings to Craft Beer lovers in your area

- Train bar staff on all things BrewDog, Craft beer quality, freshness & taste

- Identify local opportunities to sample BrewDog cold fresh beer outside the on trade

- Have a network of local influencers; bloggers etc.

- Be active on Social Media where appropriate





What you're bringing with you:


- Experience in on trade sales is a distinct advantage.

- Experience in delivering training or sampling activity is a distinct advantage.

- Passion for Craft Beer

- Excellent presentation / training skills

- Excellent organisational skills & time management

- Highly self-motivated to succeed

- Entrepreneurial attitude

- Experience in Excel & Power Point an advantage

- Evidence of building effective relationships at all levels with On Trade customers

- Must speak local language AND very good English

- Be tenacious, hardworking, fast paced, love travel, self-motivated, determined, accountable.
