Salary Circa £22,000 dependent on experience plus excellent benefits and staff wine allowance.

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join our Customer Service Team at our Accolade Park site close to the M5 near Bristol.

About this role

This is a vital role within the Customer Service team as you will be responsible for the capture, input and flow of order to the fulfilment team and support the team in all aspects of Customer Service to ensure that high standards are maintained. You will look for opportunities to drive improvement and efficiencies within our team and processes to ensure timely and accurate entry of all customer orders and through taking action of reverse logistics with appropriate upfront investigation and on-going analysis. You will continue to develop our relationships and ways of working with internal and external teams to maximise service levels by the efficient gathering and transmission of key information.

About you

You will be a confident user of Microsoft Excel and will have demonstrable experience of customer interaction as well as managing orders and complaints. You will have had experience of managing telephone relationships. You will have the flexibility to accommodate the occasional need to travel to customer sites and to visit our colleagues in the Weybridge office.
