The Role

Reporting into the Trading Business Partner, the Trading Operations Manager will be responsible for delivering a seamless customer contact experience through our people on all interactions. You will provide leadership, development and coaching of aligned team members and actively engage and support the development of your team to ensure better performance and succession planning, whilst contributing to the design and implementation of change programmes and projects that impact the customer contact centre.

We are looking for passionate and effective communicators who are confident in carrying out 1-2-1 training, coaching and development of up to 12 customer agents and working alongside the sales capability team to ensure skills and knowledge are development efficiently.

Our ideal candidate will have a target driven background and use their experience to embed a high performance culture within their team whilst reviewing current process and framework in order to enhance the customer experience.
