Job Description:


To deliver the Key Performance Indicators for the Brown-Forman brands in Scotland. Working with Bacardi Brown-Forman Sales and Trade Marketing, deliver the brand and sales objectives for the Scottish On-trade Independent outlets and activate with Key National Scottish Accounts.

Basic Function:

● Define and work with the key Scottish Independent outlets

● Support Scottish National Accounts and Route to Market partners

● Build and maintain excellent working relationships with BBF Sales

● Build and maintain excellent working relationships with Mangrove Sales

● Maximise communication between BBF Sales and BF brand teams

● Responsible for specific key brand executions including JD Live Music Venues

● Evaluate brand opportunities from BBF sales/trade and agree plan of execution with brand team

● Activate and evaluate brand building events and activities in line with Brand and BF guidelines

● Create brand advocates and infect key influencers with a passion for our brands

● Maximise communication with BBF CDE's and support team with regular field visits

● Deal with customer requests from BF Website or HQ

● Present territory activity at BF Sales meetings and UK Team meetings

● Present brand activity at BBF area sales team meetings

● Under Management guidance maintain and update territory strategy document

● Conduct field visits and trade tours on territory

● Attend relevant events and activities on territory

● Ensure responsibility is a key consideration within all activity

● Ensure BF Brand integrity is never compromised

● Maintain and shares up to date market knowledge and insights from the region.

● Take on additional time dependent projects tbc

● Travel to London and other territories when required

Must Experience:

● Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Track record of Field Sales Successes

Exposure and understanding of the on trade

Preferred Experience:

● Beverage Industry Experience

● Event Management


● Strong communication skills (influencing, listening, presentations, written)

● Excellent negotiation skills

● Relationship building

● Highly motivated and self starter

● Ability to make educated decisions under time restraints

● Team player and coach

● Time management and ability to prioritise

● Positive outlook and approachable manner

● Ability to handle confidential information

● IT literate

● Full UK driving license
