Due to an internal promotion we currently recruiting for a Bulk Wine and Blending Operative to join our Manufacturing Team at our Accolade Park site close to the M5 near Bristol. You will have the chance to learn about the wine industry within the UK's Number 1 Wine Company, where you can gain WSET qualifications and develop your career.
About the location

About the role - Detail
You will be a key member of a multi disciplined Bulk Wine and Blending team liaising with the Quality, Packaging and Scheduling teams to maintain bulk wine liquid availability. You will also be accountable for product quality and process performance and to assist in achieving continuous performance improvements. You will plan and prepare tanks and equipment as necessary to receive wines and process blended liquids as scheduled to meet the packaging plan whilst minimising waste and conforming to regulations.
You will have the technical ability to fully understand all control systems within our manufacturing environment and be able to retain and utilise this knowledge and skill. You will be able to work as an effective team member, collaborating cross functionally where required.
You will have GCSE English or maths equivalent and NVQ Level 2 (UK) in Manufacturing Operations. Ideally you will have an intermediate WSET qualification or equivalent or willingness to obtain if required.
