Commercial Sales Manager
On Trade, Reports into the Head of Field Sales. Line Management responsibility for a team of 10 (across Account Executives, Sales Executives and Quality executives). Winning in the field is a crucial part of our F21 performance ambition. The ability to drive your team to win beer and spirit market share growth, whilst delivering a strong P&L performance is essential to the overall performance of the On Trade channel.
The field sales team play a critical role in growing our existing customer relationships in the MRG sector as well as continuing to grow our share of beer and innovation products across the IFT. The CSM will be "known on the scene" and has their finger on the pulse of the On trade, identifying opportunities and winning new customers.
* Win the key battleground of Beer and Spirits Market Share in the emerging On Trade
* Deliver the P&L
* Identify and win at least our fair share of new MRG business
* Lead, Inspire and coach your team to execute and deliver the plan.
* We are the supplier of choice, via excellent customer management and powerful relationships with priority customers; RTM distributors & internal stakeholders.
* Customer and Consumer campaigns are brilliantly executed across all customers within your remit
Decision maker for:
* Joint business plan investment and activity plans.
* Wholesale customer relationships
* Resourcing and Capability build for your team of direct reports.
* Creating and delivering a robust outlet coverage strategy
* Influencing brand and channel strategy on what it takes to win in key city centres
