To support the Business Development team and support Brown-Forman regional and local teams. To act as a point of contact for Production, Logistics & Customer Service when needed, particularly during weeks when the business development managers are travelling and out of the country.
Support development and management of the global limited release programme e.g. Single cask and Cask Strength batches, wood finishes, limited editions, special cask releases, annual vintages etc.
Receipt and despatch of samples in cooperation with distillery, blending and shipping teams.
Liaise with customer services, finance, logistics, production planning, supply chain management and quality control.
Help organise inbound visits to Scotland by BF teams
Assist with creation of presentations for meetings or master class tasting events
Assist with creation of sales reports, allocations analysis updates & reporting.
Track and monitor stock of both core and limited release products using SAP
Support allocation management for SKUs on global allocation
Completion of monthly expenses for the Director of Global Business Development.
Management of BDM & Brand Ambassador calendar.
Assist the BDMs with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Certificate of further education (university/college). Bachelor's Degree BA.
Approx. 5 years' experience in an administrative role with customer service experience.
Location: Newbridge, Edinburgh. Occasional travel to distilleries, London office, whisky shows at weekends (UK & abroad) may be required.
