The Role
The Talent & OE (Organisational Effectiveness) Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity for someone with some great experience within a similar HR Coordinator position to join the fantastic Talent team at our 7HQ office.
We are currently working through some huge transformational projects that you will play an integral part in from the moment you join the part in and be a pivotal team member in a number of the transformation activities.
By building relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business, the role of the Talent & OE Coordinator is to gather information and data from a number of sources to bring everything together in order to create streamlined HR processes, mapping the different steps and building relationships on the way.
The Person
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a problem solver at heart. This may be a junior role within the team, but do not let that deceive you, you will be relied upon to support the decision making process of the senior leaders and allow them to successfully role out these transformational changes.
The Talent & OE Coordinator needs to be someone who is detail oriented, happy to take ownership of their own decisions and workload and happy to use own initiative. Confident in working across multiple projects at any one time and have the ability to push things forward when you know it's right.
We also need someone that is rigorous around data. Able to analyse thoroughly and at pace in order to pull together and come to a conclusion in order to gain and provide valuable insight to the team.
Qualifications & Experience
First and foremost, we are looking for someone who is truly passionate about this role, but to succeed in this role, you also need the following:
- Educated to degree level in an HR or Business degree

- Experience in a Coordinator role within a broad or specific HR function

- Proven ability at managing conversations with and building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders

- Experience working with large amounts of data and able to show us a level of analytical rigour
