South Jersey Retail Manager Role Profile/Expectations
Manage 25-30 Key Accounts Off premise
South Jersey. Develop & maintain relationships with targeted Key Accounts/buying groups in South Jersey
- Deliver clear communication of Diageo Suggested Pricing - provide insight into buying patterns

- Partner with Key Accounts - clear understanding of pricing/profit & retailer margin to sell against our competition

- Secure Features/Ads to reflect suggested retail pricing & secure Displays of Diageo Brands on a monthly basis

- Achieve Off Premise Distribution & Innovation Goals - Based on National Execution Calendar

- Forecast & track Diageo business in key accounts

- Manage execution of Off Premise Programs - Engraving/Glass Etching/Tastings

Manage three Kreative Display Specialists in South Jersey Territory - ensure goals & standards are delivered monthly
- Communicate Monthly Goals for Displays, Cold Box, Shelf Sets, Go Spot Check

- Monthly Meetings with Specialists- present goals, programming & marketing support & introduce new Innovation, provide product & sales training as needed

- Execute market blitz's with specialists (monthly) to ensure focus on key goals/ report competitive information

- Execute pricing surveys - monthly to monitor EDLP price reflection

- Use replsly (software to measure / track / evaluate activity) to ensure the specialists have the most efficient routes and are focusing on key local goals.   

Manage all Off Premise Market Blitz's in South Jersey
- Accounts, POS, Goals & Expectations

- Roster of attendees

- Measure and Evaluate

Manage all SHELF INITIATIVES - "Own or Grow" the Shelf
Manage Ease of Shop Initiative/ Category Management
Off Premise Engraving & Consumer Driven Initiatives to Drive Awareness & Volume
- JW Blue Engraving - pickup and delivery

- Manage all "Fast Start" programs - Coupon Initiatives

- Glass Etching & Custom Label Programs  

Work Closely with NJ Distributor Managers and Distributors Sales Team
- Demonstrate a deep Understanding of Pricing and RIPs

- Clear Communication of 90 Day Pricing

- Provide insight to SD & DM's to develop gap closing opportunities

- Manage all Market Blitz's

- Present Diageo Information at Distributor Sales Meetings (weekly) 

Manage Warehouse and POS for South Jersey
- Review Monthly POS Inventory - ensure use of all material

- Quarterly Tool orders - Based on Execution Cal  - work w Marketing Manager

- Specialty Display Items - work with MM to ensure optimal ordering and execution.
