Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will ensure the development of new business in line with the local business plan with emphasis on opening quality, sustainable new customers either through direct, indirect or leased & tenanted routes to market. Your main objective will be to achieve the planned level of gross profit through new business by maximising volume opportunity and brand mix.
You will ensure effective communication within your team of regional sales managers and multiple account managers to guarantee all team members are working towards delivering the new business plan for the region.
Relationships here are key and you'll enjoy proactively identifying new business opportunities in your area whilst leading conversations with your customers to ensure that every consumer has an exceptional experience. As a Business Development Manager at Heineken you will have a high profile within the area and create a positive network of new and existing customers to become the 'face' of Heineken in the local market.
As an innovative and forward thinking individual you will always look for opportunities to do things differently. And to be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate proven sales and account management experience developed in an FMCG/retail environment.
