This HRD's focus is on the Europe Commercial Market, driving initiatives and change programmes with its HRD counterparts across Europe.
At a country/cluster level the purpose of the HRD role is to partner effectively with its businesses. The majority of this role is working alongside the Leadership of the GB Commercial organisation, driving short and long term growth agenda while ultimately delivering on sustainable commercial success of the market. In addition to GB it partners the Europe Reserve leadership, the Europe Digital Commerce leadership and the Justerini and Brookes Wines leadership.
In line with our global agenda, the instrumental role must ultimately be an outstanding performance partner for the business, agile, connected and accountable for delivery. It leads on our people plans, organisational effectiveness, performance enablement, leadership as well as operations and compliance.
Skills and Experience
* Passionate about shaping the future and bringing bets practice to develop actionable and bold strategies
* Excellent experience which is demonstrable within multinational companies leading all areas of the HR function
* Proven ability to persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions
* Expert in leading and winning through execution - ensuring that the end to end HR model delivers brilliantly for the business; with spikes in Talent Management, Organisational Effectiveness, leadership and culture
* Entrepreneurial mid-set; courageous, capable and with a keen eye for analytics and insight
