WHY FIT IN, WHEN YOU CAN STAND OUT?
We're proud to be the UK's leading, pub, cider and beer company. With over 2,000 colleagues employed across the UK, we offer fantastic opportunities for people with talent and drive. From brewing to sales and marketing, from logistics to finance, IT and HR - there's much more to our business than you might imagine.
Our unrivalled portfolio of brands includes Foster's, Strongbow, John Smith's, Bulmers, Desperados and of course the world-renowned Heineken® and, with 3000 pubs, we are one of the UK's leading leased pub businesses and a passionate supporter of the great British pub.
So let's get straight to it. We've ambitious goals; and we know it's the expertise and enthusiasm of our people that fuels our growth. Right now, we're looking for an outstanding TPM Manager to join the Manchester site leadership team.
There has never been a more exciting time to join our site in Manchester. We are firmly planted in the community thanks to a number of investments in the site over the past few years, totalling more than £70 Million. Our brewery remains a pivotal part of our UK supply chain network, producing around 5 million hectolitres per year of Foster's, Kronenbourg 1664 - and, more recently - Heineken. We're delighted to have been given the quality seal of approval from Amsterdam to brew Heineken on our site - and as a bonus we're making our carbon footprint smaller in the process.
Reporting directly to the Brewery Manager, you will be responsible for championing and continuing to develop the ongoing implementation of our TPM (Total Productive Management) strategy into the Manchester site. This is a key role that will need you to be familiar and in touch with all parts of the site and involves coordinating, organising and supporting TPM implementation in line with TPM Strategic Plans, with the overall vision of achieving sustainable and continuous improvement.
With your proven experience in leading and influencing change management initiatives, along with your strong communication, coaching and facilitating skills, you will become the Manchester TPM Champion, supporting and driving site, national and global TPM strategies.
If this opportunity sounds like the next step on your journey with HEINEKEN, speak with your people manager then follow the application process.
