Salary: £35-£42k base plus package depending on experience

We need a well-qualified engineer with a good experience of continuous improvement (we use TPM) to maximise the efficiency, effectiveness and value of our assets and resources. You will need to bring your detailed understanding and experience of modern maintenance techniques such as Preventative & Predictive Maintenance, FMECA & RCM and you will also need to be familiar with using CMMS as you will need this to analyse our breakdowns and develop maintenance strategies. A positive and supportive individual, you will lead lean teams and coach our frontline staff and technicians.
