Purpose of Role
Responsible for leading and embedding the company's new Analytics agenda specifically within the space of providing national business insights and actions, and building our long-term reporting capabilities

High degree of complexity - managing a new team, in a new function, with many different stakeholders across the business

- Leads and manages team of three other people

- Jointly owns the KPIs and performance metrics with the business partners

- Leads and makes decisions on short, medium, long-term reporting strategy

Top 3-5 Accountabilities
- Reduce and automate legacy reporting to free up capacity to concentrate on Trax and Power BI priorities

- Build to sustainable processes, solve technical issues, and integrate data for all Power BI and Analytics needs utilizing Trax data coming in outlet level distributor audits

- Develop Power BI templates, data, and training to build self-sufficiency of analysis and reporting to all internal stakeholders

- Creates a proactive messaging agenda, that is aligned with Insights Director and VP Analytics, so that broader Analytics team are working as one team approach

- Work with Business Analytics Managers / VP Perf Mngt to deliver a consistent and holistic performance reporting package (P&L, Execution, NRM, Activation) to hold distributors accountable

- Ruthless project prioritization and proactive internal messaging on deliverables timeline to allow team minimum 50% of time on progressing Analytics agenda (under-promise and over-deliver)

- Every team member gets honest and real-time performance feedback with clear talent and succession plans

Qualifications and Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (business, math, economics, finance, statistics, science, engineering)

- Master's Degree in business, economics, finance preferred

- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Delivery and/or 5+ years in a manager / director delivery role; experience with analytics / insights delivery is a plus

- Previous experience with Power BI, Trax or other similar tools

- Ability to work through ambiguous situations to drive work product delivery

- Successful track record of leading complex projects

- Proven ability to nurture and lead talent

- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communications skills

- Team oriented, goals oriented, and flexible with proven track record in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and driving results, specially via influence management
