Shopper Planning Manager - The role:
The Shopper Planning Manager, will drive sharp actionable insight and forward thinking and apply it in the development of the Customer Marketing strategy and Shopper marketing plans to drive growth, ensuring it is rooted on consumer and shopper journey, market, category and point of purchase insight, for both consumer and trade shopper.
As a key member of the Customer Marketing team in Europe the individual will be focused on driving recruitment, re-recruitment, making our brands famous and driving conversion at the point of purchase (the off and on trade). This role, while not having direct P&L responsibility, will be a key influence on all Shopper Marketing decisions including shaping Shopper Strategy, identifying, creating and deploying growth drivers.
