In this role, you will be working in the Europe Culture & Entertainment team to deliver against our ambition to be the No 1 choice of alcohol beverage in culture. You will deliver marketing plans that get our brands talked about, leading key creative and strategic agencies (Earned, Social/Digital, Experiential, Media), the GBT, Digital, Innovation, Futures, E-Commerce etc - coordinating the delivery of these plans through country teams. Plans are shaped with strong relevant cultural narratives and rich content, to resonate through Earned, Owned and Bought (including Digital and Social), 3rd space and BTL, to deliver Mental & Physical Availability. This is a GB based role which requires a balance of planning & delivering brilliant activation.
The responsibility of this role requires a leading force and experienced PR and brand comms marketer who can build & execute brilliant plans in GB; delivering a content rich, culture first approach for the portfolio and to deliver against the ambitions of the Europe Culture & Entertainment strategy and each brand's strategy to get consumers talking about and advocating our brands.
The complex role is required to influence across all areas of the broader business across multiple stakeholders (GBT, Shopper teams, Brand teams, Marketing Directors, Heads of brands, Digital and Futures teams, E-commerce teams and the wider CMF team) and to lead and manage a complementary network of agencies including Creative & Culture agencies, Social, content & Digital, Event & Production Agencies and Media Agencies.
We are looking for an innovative, creative marketer who has core capabilities in PR and brand comms and who constantly pushes themselves to identify new opportunities and deliver against them. This role is required to work in collaboration with commercial teams (on trade, off trade and eCommerce) so good commercial understanding is preferred.
You will have experience in a variety of different functions but primarily 5+ years PR Brand Comms & Marketing experience lifestyle experience. Functional expertise would include executing successful campaigns at scale (e.g. fully integrated campaigns through bought, owned and earned) and new media /Digital experience essential. You will be highly motivated and identify and take ownership for initiatives while managing ambiguity; this is a multi-faceted role with multiple stakeholders to engage and therefore, there will be a requirement to prioritise effectively, react quickly and juggle multiple projects at any one time with the passion, drive and ability to use this to deliver for the business. You will be able to demonstrate strong functional and leadership capabilities & experience through your CV and at interview.
