Context
Operators are responsible for the safe movement of spirit within an established set of process procedures. They will be required to support a range of activities at these sites including filling, warehousing, disgorging and empty cask handling, to ensure targets are met relating to quality, service and cost.

The role requires effective decision-making and problem solving skills as well as an ability to use initiative to adapt pre-set work plans.

Appropriate action must always be taken that ensures full compliance with all FSDU, H&S, C&E, and environmental constraints.
You will deal with a number of stakeholders which are internal and external in this role, so you must be able to build strong working relationships and be able to communicate to all levels.
 
Qualifications and Experience Required
In order to be successful in the role, you must already have obtained the following..
- Experience of working in a team-orientated environment would be advantageous, although support and development will be provided.
- Basic PC skills.
- Good numerical skills.
- Manual handling experience would be advantageous but not essential.
- Most important attribute will be to have the right behavioural skills, which demonstrate a "can do will do attitude"
