About the role
This role will be focused on driving an integrated continuous improvement programme across Distillation and Maturaion by implementing TRACC for Asset Care.  
This will involve sharing best practice and supporting wider activities.  The role holder will support engineering centres mainly within Malt Distilling to improve performance and standards through continuous improvement and facilitate projects and training.  You will also play a key part in promoting and embedding the ManEx agenda across Distillation and Maturation. 
You will lead the implementation of the TRACC manufacturing excellence system across D&M, delivering sustained improvements and standards and building internal capabilities. As a trained TRACC facilitator you will prepare and deliver training sessions and ensure standards and best practices are implemented and sustained.
Qualifications and Experience Required

 The MANEX role requires a wide range of experience and knowledge to successfully perform this role:
- Operational/technical experience

- Previous Knowledge and experience of  MANEX tools & techniques e.g. 5S,Focused Improvement

- Experience of coaching and influencing a range of stakeholders for success

- Ability to interpret and analyse data sources to identify loss & waste , cost saving opportunities
