About the role

As Senior Analyst, IT services, RTR you work on several IT solutions - within ERP Services and mainly in Finance and Controlling. In this role, you are part of the RTR service team, being a key contributor in projects affecting the RTR solutions and giving support to business areas such as General Ledger, Product Costing, Taxes and Financial Reporting.

This position is responsible for gathering and translating business Record to Report requirements into detailed function specifications and managing requests for changes to the specifications. You assist the Business in determining how business requirements are integrated into the other processes. The position brings a working knowledge of SAP enterprise business systems, especially in SAP FI and CO, and SAP technical aspects, as well as expertise in multiple business areas.

This position will may become the RTR representative in different SAP deployment projects, having different level of involvement but always building the best solutions within the Global Bacardi Template. At this position, you will typically report to a Manager, IT Programs or IT Services.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

Requirements gathering and functional specifications development

- Requirements gathering and functional specifications development

- Develop and review design specifications for solutions/applications (ERP services) to support the business processes (implementation and/or change)

- Assist in developing solution/application architecture

- Review technical specifications

- Create and execute test plans to ensure that the functional and business requirements are met by the provided solution

- Create and maintain documentation for configuration throughout the system development lifecycle

- Train super users/end-users on established programs

- Ensure assigned project deliverables stay within stated timelines, scope, and costs

- Provide management with accurate and timely status reports of all projects/scope as assigned

- Work effectively and productively with technical and functional resources

- Guides continuous improvement efforts for the solution, develop business cases, understand your users

Business and IT organization engagement

- Develop your network, internally and externally and leverage it

- Create strong and trusting relationship with your key business partners, super-users and IT colleagues

Critical experiences for success

To be successful in this role you will have/be:

- Deep Business Knowledge - Understand the business process design, especially in the area of Finance

- Deep knowledge of your solution technology, especially SAP FI and CO

- Experience in creating, modifying specifications and configurations to meet specified requirements

- Experience developing and executing integrated test plans

- Experience communicating technical solutions to the business

- Experience working effectively in a cross functional team

- Possess data analysis skills

- Experience of managing vendor relationship

- Experience in project management

- Proficiency in English language skills.

Work experience

- A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in working with SAP Financials

- Deep skills in Financial Accounting and Controlling specifically on Product Costing, Profitability Analysis and Project Systems

- Strong knowledge of global Record to Report process

- SAP technical skills - Experience developing and executing integrated test plans

- Experience communicating technical solutions to the business

- Experience working effectively in a cross functional team

- Experience of managing vendor relationship

Educational requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (preferred) or any other business-related course. Equivalent work experience may be acceptable. Language Skills

- Proficient English both written and verbal

- Other language (Spanish, French, German, Italian) is a plus

Travel

- Some travel may be required. Amount of travel will be determined by individual project requirement
