Payroll Specialist UK

1. Purpose of the Job

- Manage Payroll administration to ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time data relate

- Manage payroll related requests/queries

- Update related process documentation

- Develop and lead process trainings

- Maintain SLA and Client reports

- Initiate and deliver project assignment

- Develop leadership skills

- Act as backup for Team Lead on operational level

- Perform additional tasks upon Team Lead request

- Escalate / Solve system related queries/issues

3. Accountabilities

- Support in the full payroll process of the Monthly payroll

- Maintaining accurate employee records within the payroll system

- Complex Payroll calculations

- Processing payroll input (salaries, bonuses, overtime, benefits etc.)

- Processing statutory payments for different types of absence, confidently explain the calculation to the employee

- Processing leaver payments incl. holiday, redundancy and severance payments

- Ensuring all RTI submissions are processed accurately and on time

- Processing third party deductions, creating reports and raising payments

- Balancing the payroll, creating costing files

- Participate in the preparation of the month end close

- Assisting with the Yearend administration and producing P60's and Benefit Statements

- Keep required databases, templates and documentations up to date on a daily basis according to internal policies and other requirements applicable.

- Perform other duties as requested by the Team lead

- Looks constantly for quality improvement on data, reports and systems

- Planning and performing process improvements: automation: Payroll Transformation

- Participate in external/internal audit

- Ensure full compliance with AB-InBev standards, policies and procedures

- Adhere to any amendments made to the Service Level Agreement

About the candidate:

4. Qualifications and Technical competencies required

Education

- University degree in related fields (Finance or HR) or experience on a related field is a must

Experience

- Use of office productivity tools (MS Office)

- UK Payroll experience is essential

- Experience at least 1,5-2 years in Finance, Payroll, HR or other related positions

- More than 1 year detailed working experience with SAP is an advantage

- Experience with ResourceLink

- Detailed working experience with databases

- Working experience in reporting is an advantage

- Experience in working in a process-oriented organization is a positive

- Quantitative and analytical skills,

- High level of IT affinity (MS Office applications: Excel, Word, Access, etc.),

- SAP knowledge

- Experience with ResourceLink is essential Language skills (please find details in the attached evaluation form)

- Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing
