We've ambitious goals and we know it's the expertise and enthusiasm of our people that fuels our growth. Right now we're looking for an outstanding Systems and Resourcing Executive to join the Customer Hub Systems & Resourcing Team.

The Role

Reporting to the Systems and Resourcing Manager, the Systems and Resourcing Executive is responsible for producing and maintaining workforce management mechanisms, to optimise resource efficacy to support the contact centre having the right people, in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing. They will be equally responsible for the implementation and administration of the contact centre solution (Genesys PureConnect), leveraging its functionality to ensure smooth, simple and efficient Customer and agent journeys (not only for Customer Hub but for all areas that utilise the solution).

Strong experience in Workforce Planning is essential with hands on experience with FTE planning, scheduling, forecasting and Real-Time, in a contact centre environment. Experience with Genesys Connect or similar contact centre solutions is desirable. Strong MS office skills particularly in excel is key as well as experience in project management delivery, coupled with stakeholder management skills.
