About the role

As Senior Marketing Services Manager, Digital Marketing you will :-

- Own the end-to-end integrated portfolio of Marketing and IT services, which are part of the Digital Marketing Platform used by all brands worldwide.

- Support development of the business case, development and evolution of the services.

- Develop clear and consistent measures for success

- Where needed work with other teams and functions to transform the organization and ways of working to deliver the business objectives.

- Deliver the service to defined SLAs, including user satisfaction and adoption metrics.

- Manage the budget for service build and operations, including any charges to other functions.

- Engage the markets and functions to fully participate in the strategy.

- Be the primary manager of the Agencies and Partners delivering the services.

- Manage the technical, service and creative quality of the service deliverables to defined parameters.

- Develop and maintain the processes and documentation necessary to develop, support and promote the service.

- Drive adoption of the services across Bacardi (global, hub and local market and across functions) to deliver value as per the business case or plan.

- Act as a consultant on digital best practice for your services and area of expertise.

- Act as an ambassador for the Digital team and promote all their services.

You will report to the Director, Digital Marketing, Global Marketing and be part of a small integrated team of Digital Marketing Platform & Services experts.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

Impeccable end-to-end Service Management

- Plan, Build and Run global digital marketing platform services and transformation programs to meet the strategy and business requirements

- Establish the digital marketing services and solutions required to deliver breakthrough digital strategies (innovation, scale and execution excellence are key). Specific possible innovation/scale areas include for example Hosting, CRM, E-commerce, Social Media, Mobile marketing.

- Guides continuous improvement efforts for the solution, develop business cases, understand your users

- Ensures the support of existing applications, solutions, systems through the adequate support center

- Partner with IT and Operations to deliver Globally Scaled Digital Marketing capabilities, influencing and playing an active role in new platform and capability development.

- Understand the impact of new technology for your solution and adapt plans and architecture accordingly

- Effectively manage and strengthen vendor relationships : Own relationships with some key business, technical and service partners and creative agencies.

- Formulate, negotiate and maintain Contracts, SOWs and SLAs

- Measure and communicate key performance metrics for your solution- analyze data to discover opportunities for improvement

- Create and maintain documentation for service throughout the system development lifecycle

- Train and manage the change for super users/end-users on established programs

- Communicate at relevant frequency key metrics on your solution

Business Exploitation and Results

- Drive adoption of key tools/processes to drive common platforms, vendors and share/reapply, through marketing and agency engagement and training.

- Where needed work with other teams and functions to transform the organization and ways of working to deliver the business objectives.

- Provide expert consulting and support on Digital Platform Strategy, Communications & Execution, influencing key decisions related to digital programs and initiatives, focusing on North America Hub.

- Work closely with local, hub and global Marketing leadership to set priorities (via portfolio processes) and obtain funding for new ideas and capabilities/services/platforms.

- Provide thought leadership in the continual evolution of digital metrics and measure the results of the global digital program in a consistent way across the regions.

- Create excellent relationships within the other marketing teams (consumer, customer, advocacy, GTR).

- Develop your network, internally and externally and leverage it

- Create lasting beneficial relationships with strategic external partners

Financial Management

Critical experiences for success

To be successful in this role you will have/be:

- Digital Marketing Services and/or Platform Development and Operations Experience - built from zero to run and optimize.

- Consumer Database, Identify Management and Permission tracking systems and services

- Consumer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and services

- Consumer Digital Engagement systems and services

- eCommerce systems and services

- Social Media Management across all major social platforms for consumer brands.

- Content Development, Adaptation and Distribution - at a world-class agency or media company in creative, media and digital (a digital and connected media native).

- Strategic Vendor / Agency Management skills / Commercial Negotiation experience

- Project Management - expert in project delivery management in a Marketing environment

- Innovation and Business Transformation - new RTM, business or transformation of existing business.

- People/Organization Management and development experience including change management / training

- Expertise in Digital measurement and financial planning and analysis

- Exposure to communications planning and digital media experience.

- Business analysis and measurement skills
