Rewards & Verhelst Foundation Mgr GE
In this role you'll be responsible for managing Rewards in Germany for non-executive white collars & blue collars with regards to fixed salary & variable compensations schemes. Track industry trends and impact of changed legislation on AB InBev's benefits and Verhelst Foundation plans. Determine opportunities to improve our benefit plans & VF offer, and financial performance and improve employee experience and wellbeing through programs, vendors and tools.
You will accurately counsel, communicate, and train stakeholders on pay decisions, policy and guidelines, job evaluations, job descriptions, and Verhelst Foundation initiatives. Provide relevant information for Rewards related communications through a range of communications
media. Be part of the Europe Rewards team and manage cross country initiatives and programs. Manage the annual Verhelst Foundation program for Germany and develop new programs aligned to other European initiatives.
About the candidate:
- Master degree in finance or HR with at least 2 years of experience;
- 2 years experience in Comp & Benefits;
- Experience in working in a multi-national environment is a plus;
- Entrepreneurial, strong communication and influencing skills;
- Capable of being entrusted with confidential information;
- An outgoing personality with service oriented attitude; accuracy, reliability;
- Very strong analytical & organization skills;
- Advanced level of Excel knowledge is a must;
- Fluent English & German
