Position Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for managing all aspects of the customer service and receivables management of Edrington's business in Mexico. This includes providing a high quality "white glove" service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by resolving the customer queries at first contact and ensuring customer orders are processed effectively end-to-end. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for evaluation and granting of payment terms to customers, managing the collections of receivables and evaluation of collectability of receivables.
Job Responsibilities

- Anticipate and understand customer needs through order processing and demand planning
- Maintain high level of business partnering relationships with the commercial and supply chain teams in order to provide exceptional service and knowledge to customers
- Exceed customer expectations in terms of speed, efficiency, certainty and professionalism.
- Provides excellent customer service to complex customer calls by keeping up to date on training and internal communications
- Key contact for collections from customers, including recommending collection plans
- Evaluation of customer information for extended payment terms
- Evaluation of customer risk through internal processes and scorecarding

- Recommendations and management level review of customer evaluations
- Tracking and KPI reporting for customer receivables
- Correct accounting for customer receivables including evaluation of collectability

Knowledge, Skills & Core Competencies Required

• Bachelor's degree in business administration

• Advanced in English (oral and written)

• Minimum of two-year experience in customer service and/or receivables management positions

• Minimum of two-year experience of SAP environment

• Highly organized with great attention to detail

• Solid oral and written communication skills

• Ability to prioritize workload effectively with exceptional desire for business partnering

• Strong problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to analyze statistics

• Quickly interprets information to make effective decisions

• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional groups

• Understands company ethics and demonstrates them consistently

• Able to effectively identify, communicate and provide solutions for issues
