WHAT IS A COMMERICAL EXECUTIVE? (A fun, diverse, field based role where everyday is different!)
The role of the Commercial Executive is crucial to ensuring the future success of a remarkable and unique 255 year old brand called Guinness, you may have heard of it? Guinness has always been about beer and people and here's a Christmas cracker fact for you, in 1939 all British Troops in the British Expeditionary Force in France received a bottle of Guinness to accompany their Christmas dinner. If you liked that you'll love working with the brand, it's iconic and interesting and seeped in history and culture.
WHAT DOES A COMMERICAL EXECUTIVE LOOK LIKE?
A passionate individual with a hunger to learn, you will be consistently trained by the best of the best in our business to grow within Diageo and develop our company brands in the Irish market; not only in our beer market but in our Iconic Brands such as Baileys, Tanqueray Gin, Ciroc.
Diageo Commercial Executives own their business, they enjoy autonomy and the freedom that comes with organising your own work day, making your own appointments and deciding on the most effective call plan come rain or shine. Someone with great relationships skills who enjoys being consultative and collaborative with business owners, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Direct transactional selling, cellar checks and stock management are just the norm and will require you to have strong administration skills.
