ABOUT THE ROLE

Within the ISC we have 8 packaging sites, Runcorn, Sheildhall, Leven, Baileys Belfast, Baileys Dublin, Guinness Dublin, Santa Vittoria and Don Julio in Mexico. The world's supply of Baileys comes from two production sites; Dublin and Belfast. Over 6.7 million cases of Baileys Original and Baileys Flavours leave the gates of these two ISC sites every year, destined for over 130 countries worldwide. Our packaging site in Leven is the largest spirits bottling operation in Europe. Leven alongside Shieldhall package a huge volume of Scotch malt whiskies, white spirits and ready to drink brands to supply over 170 countries around the world. Runcorn and Guinness Dublin are where we package our brewing operations; this volume is shipped around the world. Santa Vittoria is a high speed facility with 10 bottling lines producing 15 million cases a year and

employs over 430 people. Santa Vittoria has a fascinating history which dates back to the mid 1700's when King Carlo Alberto

of Savoia's hunting lodge was the place where the first experiments for the production of sparkling wines in Italy took place, emulating French champagne. Recently our packaging operations have expanded to include Mexico, and Don Julio, as the ISC adds Diageo's latest rising star to its Portfolio. At the heart of each packaging site is a ruthless focus on Health and Safety and Manufacturing Excellence, centred on our daily operational review

Flexibility is key to success in our business and many of our staff work flexibly in many different ways, including part-time, compressed hours, flexible location. Please talk to us about what flexibility means to you and don't let anything stop you from applying.
