Manage and coordinate New Initiatives projects, plan and prepare compliance schedules and supervise the performance of the areas involved. Analyze the projects, determine the feasibility of being produced internally or with co-packers. Assign responsibilities and verify that each member of the team performs its functions in a timely manner. Optimize efforts and resources to streamline the process, mediate between commercial areas and operational areas to efficiently implement each of the assigned projects. Manage and supervise the development of VAPs (packs or aggregate values for point of sale) for the US with the different production and commercial areas.

Define and assign responsibilities to guarantee the success of the projects.

Elaborate Timelines.

Detect savings opportunities by innovating in the materials and quality of the finished products, obtaining economic benefits without sacrificing image.

Report project progress.

Contribute to the growth of our brands and positioning in the market by developing new products, creating trends.

Follow up with the departments of the commercial area (Marketing, Sales, Design, etc.).

Function as a link between the different departments and users of both the production area and the commercial area of BFTM, making sure to comply with the policies and guidelines established by the area of corporate innovation.

Training all the participants in the New Initiatives projects in the policies, in the approval system, ETQ, Project Request Forms, closure reports and in all the required steps and procedures related with the innovation projects.

Administration of VAPS (packs and added values).
