We've ambitious goals and we know it's the expertise and enthusiasm of our people that fuels our growth. Right now we're looking for an outstanding Credit Control Administrator to join the STAR Pubs & Bars Credit Control Team.

The Role

In this role you will provision the accurate and efficient administration support to the Star Pubs & Bars Credit Control team. The Credit Control Administrator will provide support in dealing with mail, emails, producing reports and reviewing account information to assist the team in meeting SLAs and delivering an efficient Credit Control service to customers. You will also review direct debit reports and inform the appropriate Credit Controller of any failures or represents, and obtain copy invoices and prepare account reconciliations on request. You will ensure the team have the tools required for their roles by maintaining supplies of stationery and updating contact lists, including raising purchase requisitions in SAP. In addition to this you will process starter and leaver requests to IT, and arrange team meeting travel and meeting rooms when required.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of working administratively in a busy team environment with good numerate skills, attention to detail and a strong customer service ethic.
