This role is a 6 to 8 month secondment

Purpose of role:

This specific role of IBC Planning Support is to:

- Support Functional Owners (Supply Planners, Material Planners and Market Planners) and IBC Project Leads in delivering complex redesign and other brand change projects

- Learn and develop the skills required to coordinate projects and get wider understanding of supply chain

- Capability will be built in the following functional areas


- Systems (SAP DEP< SAP APO and other relevant)

- Supply Chain Planning

- Material Planning

- Customer Service

- Inventory Optimisation

Key activities/tasks:

Support relevant parties with system maintenance of phase in/out of changing SKUs and components Control materials or finished goods depletions and ramp-up during redesigns and other Brand Change projects Assume certain tasks carried out by Functional Owners (Supply Planners, Material Planners and Market Planners) to enhance knowledge and capability in Supply Chain Planning

- This can include generation of reports

- Analysis of supply plan and net despatch requirements to satisfy customer needs taking into account network complexity and supply constraints

- Maintain and control system parameters

- Develop understanding of interconnections between market and production processes

Ideal Candidate


- Ideally a graduate with some experience in Order Processing, Customer Service and/or Planning in a Supply Chain environment

- Excel and power point experience

- Networking, influencing & communication skills

- Strong analytical skills and attention to details

- Open mind, positive attitude and desire to learn and develop self at pace

- Team player
