Function: Commercial Operations Team

Salary: £15K, plus benefits

WHY FIT IN, WHEN YOU CAN STAND OUT?

Reporting to the Sales Support Manager you will provide administration support to the Sales Support Team dealing with high volumes of administrative tasks including phone calls and emails to assist the team in meeting SLA's, and delivering an efficient support service to our field based salesforce. This role includes a wide variety of admin tasks including excel reports and word documents to organising team meetings, travel and accommodation for Heineken UK sales colleagues. You will also be involved in supporting Events & Festivals ticket co-ordination, so there is lots of variety and opportunity to develop your existing skills.

To succeed in this role you will be a highly motivated self-starter with a positive and helpful attitude with natural team playing attributes, along with good organisations skills and ability to prioritise your own workload to meet demand. Strong attention to detail is key along with experience of using Microsoft Packages such as Word, Power Point and Excel to a proficient level. You should also bring lots of energy and willingness to get involved to support your wider team.
