About the role

Plan, coordinate and supervise the preventive and corrective maintenance work of the equipment’s (industrial, automotive and others), systems, buildings, offices and grounds in the various areas of the facility.

Critical experiences for success


- 24 - 36 months: Supervision in the manufacturing industry (preferably chemical plant)

- 12 months: Lean Manufacturing / Project Management - Preferably

- 24 - 48 months: Execution or Planning Maintenance Facilities, Industrial or Automotive Mechanics

- 12 months: Interpretation / Analysis of Plans in General

- 12 months: CMMS Management: SAP / MP2

- 6 months: ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OSHA 18000

- 6 months: GMP / GDP

- 1-month: Execution or Planning Predictive Maintenance -Preferably


- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or its equivalent

- Engineer License and member of CIAPR - Preferably

- Professional Engineering or Engineering in Training Revalidation - Preferably

- Systems knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Effective use of the Internet and email

Language Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish)

- Bilingual
