The Role

Birra Moretti is the jewel in our Heineken UK crown - the fastest growing beer brand in the UK and of huge strategic importance to our business. We are used to delivering double digit growth, year in - year out.

The Premium Beer Unit are looking for a passionate, curious and commercially astute Senior Brand Manager to help us to deliver on disproportional growth in premium with Birra Moretti and other premium brands. Responsible for delivering best in class strategic planning, execution and activations - aimed at accelerating trial and awareness, the successful candidate will work cross functionally with our Trade Marketing and Sales colleagues to deliver memorable consumer experiences across On and Off-Trade BTL, Festivals and Comms.

Reporting into the Brand Unit Director, you will develop a brand strategy and gain alignment through the business in order to deliver continued brand growth alongside championing excellence of execution through the team by ensuring rigorous adherence to the requirements of the end to end process.

As the successful candidate you'll demonstrate strong communications skills with the ability to interact with and to influence a broad range of stakeholders underpinned with exceptional analytical commercial acumen, but above you'll demonstrate your passion for brands and desire to really understand and influence our consumers.
