We've ambitious goals. And we know it's the expertise and enthusiasm of our people that fuels our growth. Right now we're looking for an outstanding Senior Brand Manager to join our Premium Beer team.
In 2018 we launched our new Maltsmiths proposition, introducing our first ATL campaign and investing in visibility and trial driving mechanics BTL. In 2019 we need to continue to establish Maltsmiths lager quickly, at scale, in the Craft lager segment. We have another big year of volume growth in 2019 with stretching distribution targets and an ambition of driving trial with 1 million people.
At Maltsmiths we are passionate about creating crisp and flavorful beers for everyone to enjoy, so we're looking for someone who's equally as passionate to help us continue the journey on this new and exciting brand. We're also looking for someone who likes a challenge and has an entrepreneurial flair - this is a new brand establishing itself in the market so you need to think creatively! You'll be responsible for some great projects, delivering best in class activations aimed at accelerating trial and awareness, working closely with internal teams and external teams to bring the brand plan to life with customers and consumers!
Reporting into the Brand Unit Director, you will develop a brand strategy and gain alignment through the business in order to deliver continued brand growth alongside championing excellence of execution through the team by ensuring rigorous adherence to the requirements of the end to end process.
As the successful candidate you'll demonstrate strong communications skills with the ability to interact with and to influence a broad range of stakeholders underpinned with exceptional analytical commercial acumen, but above you'll demonstrate your passion for brands and desire to really understand and influence our consumers.
