The role:

We have one dream within Customer Experience: We want to be a world-class partner for customers who offer both a superior customer experience and service. To realize this dream, we have created one CX Center that combines both Telesales and Customer Service activities.

As Customer Experience Agent you will be our commercial agent offering solutions that ultimately lead to sales. You will have 360 ° view of the business with a good understanding of the product portfolio, be first point of contact for the clients and you will manage their requests on the phone by understanding their needs.

Key responsibilities:

- Improve our customer experience and drive sales

- Measure customer satisfaction on regular basis

- Optimize the total volume of customers through active telephone sales

- Proactively manage customer questions and complaints including (not limited to): Technical Assistance (HTS) for installations; B illing and tracking of invoices; Orders and deliveries; Marketing campaigns and media questions; Purchase requests (PR & PO); Customer support and guidance on AB InBev's B2B platform

- Act as an AB InBev Ambassador: representing our brands, acting as an expert on our products and sharing best practices with the clients
