Join us as German speaking Order Management Senior Specialist and evolve in logistics with a dynamic and challenging role, interacting with our Austrian and Swiss clients. In such role, you will be responsible for managing the orders coming from our clients based in Austria and Switzerland, making sure that the communication with breweries in Germany, transport planning, commercial and inventory deployment teams, is clear and smooth and our clients become happier and happier of our services. It's a challenging role where you can improve your communication and stakeholder's management skills and which can give you the chance to evolve on higher responsibility roles in logistics - no matter which other department you would love to develop in - within our meritocratic company of owners.

Your missions:

- Capture all incoming orders from customers via e-mail/EDI

- Enter them to the system according to official ways of working

- Verify if specific logistic and customer master data rules are met

- Monitor and solve customer´s and CSC agent´s ad-hoc requests and issues as well as potential system failures that don't require interaction with customers

- Providing support to other team members (task follow up, proper training, project support, coaching and coordination)

- Coordinate day-to-day workload management with team members

- Process related escalations

- Drive process improvements, standardization

- Reports creation

- Perform other duties as requested by the TL

- Act as expert within the team

- Serve as potential back-up for the Team Lead

- Act as an owner and SPOC for regression testing within the team in case of new system/process implementation

- Full responsibility for part time OT Officers (operational 121s, feedback etc.)
