What will you do?

Develop and implement marketing plans for our full portfolio based in UK & Ireland in order to deliver against annual plan. Specifically, lead how our brands connect with consumers via the strategy & execution of media & experiential marketing (including sponsorships).

As a Media Manager you will :

- Take responsibility for developing and implementing connections plans (media, experiential, & sponsorship) for our portfolio to deliver against the annual plan.

- Lead integration of connections with marketing & sales ensuring 3-Year Plans & 1-Year Plans are aligned to our strategy and drive growth of the portfolio across channels.

- Manage performance of connections channels to understand drivers of success.

- Lead all brand sponsorships as key partner contact including the implementation of on-site and off-site activation.

- Ensure alignment with Global Team, as well as Europe Zone marketing stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Media Planning & Execution

- Responsible for the strategic development and execution of the annual media plan

- Partner with brand, sales, insights, & innovation to develop best in class executions & campaigns

- Real time analysis and optimization of media campaigns

- Strategy development of 1- & 3-year plans that push the envelope and evolve the way in which our brands connect with consumers

- Includes e-commerce, digital, branded content platforms

- Experiential Marketing & Sponsorship

- Responsible for the strategic development and execution of annual experiential plan.

- Responsible for how we connect with consumers at and through our various experiential events including our marque sponsorships - EPL, Wimbledon, O2 Arena, & English National Team.

- Strategy development of 1- & 3-year plans that push the envelope and evolve the way in which our brands connect via experiential marketing

- Stakeholder Management

- Regular attendance at Execs and Sector Meetings leading key connections discussions and influencing senior stakeholders. Sharing best practice & negotiating with global and zone brand teams & senior stakeholders
