Project Manager Digital Transformations/Finance & Source to pay

Join our company of owners as Project Manager Digital Transformations supporting our departments of Finance & Source to pay. In such role, you will be responsible for projects in Finance and Procurement areas aimed at optimizing AB InBev business operating model in Europe and transferring new activities into Shared Service Centers (in Prague and Bangalore). As well, the role is aimed at supporting Digital Transformation projects in change management, overseeing projects business cases and supporting execution of project management methodology. You will interact with a variety of stakeholders, enhancing your communication and presentations organization skills and your career growth will involve either an evolution into IT roles of high seniority or an evolution as business analyst.

Your missions:

- Manage E2E project implementation in case of inflow and outflow (transition) of Finance and Source To Pay activities to / from Shared Service Centers for EUR Zone

- Conduct change management and stakeholder management during the transition projects implementation

- Calculate transition projects' business case, track and monitor the project budget and benefits, administer purchase to pay process for services of 3rd party vendors engaged in the project

- Conduct change management for Digital Transformation projects by creating communications, training materials, video content, open-door sessions, other events aimed at promoting new solutions and increasing adoption rate

- Follow-up on financial performance of Digital Transformation projects by tracking the budget vs actual spend and monitoring the delivery of business case

- Coordinate cross-project tasks for Digital Transformation projects in Finance & Procurement

- Other duties as requested by line manager
