This is a rare opportunity to lead the On-Trade channel for one of the UK's fastest growing and most recognisable craft spirit brands. They have achieved unprecedented success since their launch and pride themselves on the high quality and individuality of their products. Using the finest botanical ingredients, they have developed a brilliant range of spirits that have won an array of industry awards.
As Head of On-Trade your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing a 3-year commercial strategy for the UK On-Trade
* Lead, motivate and inspire an On-Trade team of c. 20 people
* Manage the overall P&L for the UK On-Trade
* Support key On-Trade customer relationships when needed
* Set KPIs for the channel, track and report on sales performance using CRM and other commercial sales tools
* Maximise new business opportunities keeping a close eye on competitors and market trends
In order to be considered for this amazing opportunity you will ideally have 5+ years' management experience within the On-Trade. You will be a passionate leader of people, able to instil a positive culture and drive commercial results.
You will have an excellent knowledge of the UK On-Trade with a particular focus on the premium segment and be strategic, commercial and entrepreneurial!
