As Assistant Bar Manager you will be a passionate, authentic and natural leader who will develop, guide and coach the team. You will be an integral link to the Bar Manager ensuring standards are delivered consistently, ensure the team make a personalised connection with each and every guest.
You may have been a Bar Supervisor or Team Leader ready for the next step in a desirable destination bar, with a solid understand of beverages with a complete open and creative mind.
