The Role

Reporting into the Commercial Manager (Off Trade), the Commercial Executive will take ownership of the Off-trade customer reporting process to ensure the best market information is provided to sales teams to speed up the decision-making process. Through a process of continuous improvement, project management and support, you will ensure that sales teams are provided with the necessary tools, capability and time to service their needs.

You will be responsible for the ownership, development and maintenance of the Off-Trade channel reporting strategy to ensure that the sales teams have relevant, timely and effective communications to assist in the decision making process. As well as delivering regular presentations at team meetings to ensure that sales teams are fully aware of business-wide initiatives (e.g. invalid debt, price & duty changes) and also the impact of commercial developments (e.g. Legislation, Minimum Unit Pricing) which directly impact sales and effect what decisions are made.

Delivering the right level of insight and analysis is key - you will achieve this by supporting critical off trade business projects with involvement from marketing, CS&L and commercial teams.

For this exciting opportunity, we are looking for a candidate who has a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, alongside a passion for retail and the understanding and knowledge of sales force requirements in a fast-moving sales organisation.
