Brewing isn't a job, it's a passion.

At AB InBev, Challenge Accepted isn't just a phrase; it's a mindset. That's because we are the world's largest brewer, with iconic brands like Bud, Stella Artois or Corona.

We are a team of curious individuals who see every challenge as a new opportunity to do something incredible. We are resourceful people who thrive under pressure and take ownership of our success. Because we are owners, we take results personally. We dream big, take on new challenges and push the boundaries of what's possible.

The Role:

The (R&D) Brewing Trainee will start together with all other Supply Management Trainees & GMT's but has a Specific passion for brewing and is interested in a career in Brewing, R&D & Innovations in Brewing and Brewery Management. The focus is on R&D, improving process and efficiencies in our (pilot) breweries and big breweries. It's where you can make a big difference to our impact on the environment and focus on innovation.

You will discover the whole brewing process of AB InBev and brew new innovations in our experimental breweries in order to become an expert in brewing and to get ready for your first managerial function in one of our AB InBev breweries or R&D department. By the involvement in great projects during the traineeship, you will focus on improving processes and developing new innovations together with our different breweries.

As (R&D) brewing trainee you have also the opportunity to make a big difference to our impact on the environment - reducing water use, waste and greenhouse gas emissions, discovering new raw materials & processes in brewing. This allows you to make positive changes to the way we brew, produce beer, innovate and source the ingredients, and deliver effectively and efficiently great products to our consumers.

The brewing Traineeship of AB InBev is a choice that will build your leadership, project and general management skills and technical skills in brewing. Specifically, you will learn the technical and practical challenges of our business - with the opportunities to improve on what we already do well and to introduce new ways to be the best.

You will have hands on experience - making the beers we are famous for.
