Demand Planning Project Officer

The role:

- You will investigate best practice within the zone, between zones and outside the company and define and implement new best practices in Europe

- You will work on an optimization of the demand planning reporting, both content wise and time wise and manage the reporting team at the BSC of Prague (dotted line)

- You are the expert user of APO Demand Planning and other supporting systems (Lancaster tool, ..) and closely work with the APO Business Excellence Team (BEC) and the Advanced Planning Optimization (APO) support Team

- You will support projects that optimize the demand planning systems and processes, such as causal modelling, promo tools, collaborative forecasting

- You will train new demand planners on the routine defined at the zone level and you train them on the applied systems

- You will focus on target setting and the follow up of the key performance indicators (KPI) and the performance indicators (PI) related to Demand Planning

- You will be KPI owner for all related KPI's in demand planning

- You will keep up to date the supply excellence program (SuEP) and flows related to your responsibility scope.
